Job Description

  • Managing Check list
  • BOE Filling
  • Managing import, export, and re-import shipments
  • Prepare, review, and process shipment documentation including:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • EC documentation
  • Block Transfer
  • Rollover documents
  • End Use & Consumption Reports
  • Handle portal and system-related activities including:
  • ECMS / ONGC portal operations
  • M3 system updates (Reliance & ONGC)
  • Liaise and coordinate with:
  • Clients and operators
  • Vendors and freight forwarders
  • CHA and shipping lines
  • Transporters to ensure smooth shipment execution and customs clearance
  • Review AWB/BL drafts and monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery
