(Voice Process)

Salary-₹18,000 – ₹60,000 per month( Based on experience, skills & interview performance)

Eligibility :

• HSC / Graduate – *Freshers & Experienced both can apply*
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in *US / UK / AUS shifts*
• Customer-focused attitude & basic computer knowledge

Shift Details:

• US / UK / AUS Shifts
• Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via voice, chat or email
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
• Upselling, retention or issue resolution based on process
