Experience:
• Minimum 6 months experience in Indian cuisine
Job Responsibilities (JD):• Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs
• Manage mise-en-place and assist in inventory control
• Minimize wastage and maintain cleanliness in the work area
