Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support brand campaigns
• Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content approvals, and deliverables
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tracking tools and metrics
• Provide regular reporting with actionable insights and optimization strategies
• Stay current with digital trends, influencer platforms, and competitive activity
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital campaigns
• Strong network and understanding of influencer communities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics)
• Preferred Skills:Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Winkl, Upfluence, One Impression)
• Experience working with brands in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer tech
• Basic understanding of content production and digital media buying
