Inside Sales (Admission Counsellor)

We have an immediate open position for an Admission Sales Counsellor for Mumbai (Andheri) and Pune (Aundh) location.

Job Description is as follows :

*Job Title: Admission Counselor (Telecalling/Inside Sales)

Experience: 2–3 Years (Preferred)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai and Aundh, Pune

Job Description:

• We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Admission Counselor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of converting leads into admissions through effective telecalling and counseling.
• You will be responsible for managing the entire enrollment journey, from making calls to potential students finalizing the admission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Actively call, engage, and convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
• Telecalling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads, providing detailed information about courses, fees, and campus life.
• Admission Counseling: Counsel students via phone, WhatsApp, and email, helping them choose the right program.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow-ups: Nurture leads through consistent, professional follow-up communication. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in tele calling, educational counseling, or inside sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, build trust, and rapport with potential students.
• Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
