Role Overview
We are onboarding a high-energy Inside Sales professional who can engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive conversions. This role demands excellent English communication, strong follow-up discipline, and a win-oriented mindset.
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong inside sales / lead conversion skills
- Confident in calling, follow-ups, and objection handling
- High ownership and attitude to win
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Good-to-Have Experience:
- Prior experience in real estate inside sales
- Exposure to digital marketing leads (inbound & outbound)
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like:
- Apollo
- Lusha
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Qualify prospects and understand their requirements
- Schedule meetings / demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead optimization
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–4 years of inside sales experience (Even Fresher can Apply)
- Hustler mindset with strong follow-through
- Quick learner, adaptable, and process-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
