Role Overview

We are onboarding a high-energy Inside Sales professional who can engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive conversions. This role demands excellent English communication, strong follow-up discipline, and a win-oriented mindset.


Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong inside sales / lead conversion skills
  • Confident in calling, follow-ups, and objection handling
  • High ownership and attitude to win
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs


Good-to-Have Experience:


  • Prior experience in real estate inside sales
  • Exposure to digital marketing leads (inbound & outbound)
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like:
  • Apollo
  • Lusha
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Qualify prospects and understand their requirements
  • Schedule meetings / demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead optimization
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1–4 years of inside sales experience (Even Fresher can Apply)
  • Hustler mindset with strong follow-through
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and process-driven
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
