Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibility:

•Handle 20–30 customer chats daily via website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other online platforms.

•Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to generate prospects and close sales.

•Provide detailed product information and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces.

•Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

•Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

•Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

•Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates

Requirements.

•1–2 years of experience in online sales / tele-calling / customer handling.

•Jewelry industry experience preferred (luxury retail experience is a plus).

•Strong understanding of sales processes and customer conversion strategies.

•Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

•Target-oriented and self-motivated.

•Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

•Ability to work in rotational shifts and flexible week-offs.

•Comfortable handling high-volume calls and chats daily.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate Skills
• Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.

•Familiarity with CRM tools.

•Experience handling social media or website sales inquiries.

•Strong negotiation and closing skills.
