Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into confirmed sales orders by effectively explaining product features, understanding customer requirements, and providing exceptional virtual assistance throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls on leads provided by Pepperfry.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales orders.
Clearly explain product features, pricing, ongoing offers, EMI options, and loyalty benefits to customers.
Provide virtual product demonstrations and assist customers with specifications and product comparisons.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home décor solutions.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and order details in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing and customer support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / furniture sales (preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solution-based selling.
Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in furniture, home décor, retail, or e-commerce industry.
Knowledge of EMI/financing options and upselling techniques.
