Are you a highenergy communicator who thrives on hitting targets? We are looking for two relentless Lead Calling & Qualification Executives to join our admissions team. We provide the data; you provide the hustle.
The Basics
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years (Telecalling or Education sector preferred).
- Location: On-site (Andheri West).
- Working Days: 6 days a week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
Your Mission
You aren't just making calls; you are the bridge between a student’s interest and their future career in VFX. Your goal is to turn daily lead data into confirmed walk-ins and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Calling: 100–150 calls daily (Warm & Cold leads).
- Lead Qualification: Identify serious candidates and pitch our courses confidently.
- Relentless Follow-up: Minimum 3–5 touchpoints per lead until a decision is made.
- Conversion: Book walk-ins and counseling sessions for our senior team.
- Reporting: Maintain 100% accurate status updates in our CRM/Google Sheets.
What We Look For
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi & English (Marathi is a big bonus).
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and maintain a high-pitch energy all day.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
- Discipline: A "zero-pending-follow-up" mindset.
