Inside Sales Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a confident and active Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with schools, introducing our education technology programs, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic product understanding, and the ability to build rapport over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schools to introduce company products (Coding, Robotics, AI, Flat Panels, 3D Curriculum, etc.)
• Maintain a calling database and update daily call logs.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with schools for inquiries, presentations, or required documents.
• Share basic product information and handle initial objections professionally.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry).
• Experience in telecalling or student/school outreach is preferred.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Location: Office-based

Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM
