Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and promote company products/services.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate call details, customer information, and follow-up actions.

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or events.

• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

• Train, guide, and support junior telesales team members.

• Provide reports on sales performance, feedback from customers, and market trends to management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
