Job Description


Industry: Insurance & Education Loan Sales

  • Mode:- Hybrid ( 3 days work from offc and 3 days work from home)

Representative – Education Loan Sales

  • Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers generated through marketing campaigns, school tie-ups, and partner channels.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding education loan and fee payment plans; understand customer needs and eligibility.
  • Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, documentation requirements, and benefits of solutions.
  • Guide customers through the complete loan process—application, documentation, approval, and activation.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and update status regularly in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, approved loans, and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and students to encourage trust and long-term usage of products.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams regarding customer concerns and market trends.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, BFSI, or education-tech sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; ability to explain financial products in a clear and simple manner.
  • Familiarity with loan products, NBFC processes, or insurance sales is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of customer needs, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Preferred Attributes Experience in education loan sales, insurance sales, or financial services.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive financial conversations with empathy and clarity.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills.
  • Work Environment Office-based role with regular phone and virtual communication.
