Job Description
- Prospecting and lead generation: Contact potential clients through warm and cold leads via phone, email, or virtual meetings to generate new business.
- Needs assessment and consultation: Understand client requirements, analyze their risk profiles, and explain the features, benefits, and drawbacks of various insurance policies to recommend the best fit.
- Sales and closing: Guide clients through the application and underwriting processes, provide quotes, and close sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, following up on their needs, and assisting with claims or policy renewals.
- Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate client records in a CRM, prepare sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Market awareness: Stay up-to-date on new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide the most accurate advice.
- Collaboration: Work with underwriters and senior agents to ensure efficient policy issuance and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
