Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales

Working Days: 6-day work week (one weekly off on a rolling basis)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: 15%–20% hike on current salary (negotiable based on experience & market benchmarks)

Location: On-site, Santacruz, Mumbai (Head Office)

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Inside Sales Executive to connect with high-intent leads across India, guide parents through the purchase journey, and drive revenue through strategic sales, upselling, and cross-selling. This role requires strong communication, product understanding, and a consultative selling approach.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & ConversionMake calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups to inbound leads.
  • Conduct needs analysis and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Upselling & Cross-SellingRecommend advanced programs, bundles, and learning products to existing users.
  • Meet monthly revenue targets through upgrades and additional sales.
  • Product KnowledgeDevelop strong understanding of product pedagogy, outcomes, and customer success stories.
  • Deliver confident and solution-oriented consultations.
  • Pipeline & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate CRM data, track follow-ups, and manage deal stages.
  • Ensure 100% daily updates and zero lead leakage.
  • Customer ExperienceProvide empathetic support and resolve parent queries.
  • Coordinate with support teams when required.
  • Market InsightsShare user feedback with marketing, product, and activation teams to improve customer journeys.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily Call Activity: 80–100 connected calls (new + follow-ups)
  • Lead Conversion: 15%–20% of qualified leads
  • Monthly Revenue: Achievement of assigned sales quota
  • Follow-Up Discipline: 100% CRM updates and timely task closure
  • Upsell / Cross-Sell Contribution: Percentage of revenue from advanced programs
  • Customer Satisfaction: Positive post-enrollment parent feedback
