Job Description

Role OverviewAs an Inside Sales Executive at Clinderma, you will be at the frontline of a fast-scaling digital healthcare company, converting high-intent leads into long-term patients. This role blends consultative selling, healthcare exposure, and data-driven execution.

You won’t just “sell”—you’ll understand patient problems, explain clinical treatment plans, and drive outcomes.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage inbound leads (skin test / consultation requests) via calls & WhatsApp
  • Explain dermatologist-designed treatment plans in simple, convincing language
  • Guide patients through decision-making with empathy and clarity
  • Maintain high conversion rates with strong follow-ups
  • Update CRM and track funnel metrics consistently
  • Work closely with Dermatologists & Skin Coaches for seamless patient experience
  • Who Should ApplyGraduate (Any stream); MBA-aspirants or early-career professionals preferred
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with targets, numbers, and performance metrics
  • Curious about healthcare, startups, and consumer psychology
