Job Description
Client Consultation
- Understand client requirements: fragrance type, positioning (luxury/mass), MOQ, pricing
- Guide clients on:
- Fragrance selection (notes, inspiration, trends)
- Packaging options (bottles, boxes)
- Branding & positioning basics
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, packaging, production)
3. Sales Process Execution
- Share quotations, proposals, and product catalogs
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines
- Close deals and ensure advance payments
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking
4. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with repeat clients
- Upsell additional SKUs, higher volumes, and premium variants
- Handle client queries and ensure smooth onboarding
