Inside Sales Executive

We seek motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. The role primarily consists of telesales, where the associate is expected to reach out to the list of customers provided, explain our services, and convert them.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest conversion from assigned applications • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Achieve 90% customer renewals from existing customers • Track and manage leads using CRM systems • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales process • Cross-sell term plans and achieve minimum 20 monthly insurance sales • Make 150–200 calls daily with quick turnaround time

Qualifications and Education

• Experience in inside sales or similar role • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a target-driven environment • Good organizational and time management skills • CRM knowledge preferred • Graduates from all streams welcome • 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience • Insurance sales experience preferred
