Job Description

We are looking for young, high-energy individuals with a strong passion for sales and achieving aspirational targets.

This is an individual contributor role focused on:

  • Sales
  • Advisor recruitment
  • Revenue generation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

──────────────────────────────

• Identify and recruit quality Advisors to build a strong distribution base

• Provide continuous training on products, business processes, and selling techniques

• Assist Advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development

• Ensure Advisors offer appropriate financial solutions based on customer need analysis

• Ensure adherence to business processes and quality norms

• Achieve monthly business targets for new business generation and Advisor recruitment

• Ensure sales through the Advisor team aligns with business quality metrics

• Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and validate with authorities

• Exercise due diligence at the first level to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

──────────────────────────────

Experience:

• 1–7 years of total experience

• Minimum 6 months in Life Insurance / BFSI sales (mandatory)

• Customer-facing sales experience required

• Prior Life Insurance experience preferred

• Candidates with field prospecting / LANE mapping / cold calling / direct customer pitching experience strongly preferred

Education:

• Any full-time Graduate (Mandatory)

• No specific institute requirement (open to all recognized universities)

Age:

• Up to 35 years

Location:

• Mumbai – All locations (location list attached)

• Strong knowledge of Mumbai geography required

Gender:

• Open to all

  • Background Requirement: Minimum 6 months in Life Insurance / BFSI sales mandatory
