Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy inside sales associate to activate affiliates from our existing database.

This is not a sales role—the affiliates are already aware of Neulife. Your role is to reach out, build quick rapport, and get them to start actively promoting and recommending Neulife products.

The focus is on consistent calling& follow-ups, and driving first-time activation.

 

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Activation

  • Call affiliates from the existing database and initiate conversations
  • Guide them to start promoting Neulife products
  • Ensure affiliates take first steps (sharing codes, recommending products, etc.)

Follow-Ups & Engagement

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested affiliates
  • Nudge inactive affiliates to take action
  • Build basic rapport to keep affiliates engaged

Coordination & Support

  • Share basic information on products, offers, and affiliate process
  • Coordinate with the onboarding/operations team for any setup support
  • Resolve basic queries or route them to the relevant team

Tracking & Reporting

  • Update call status, responses, and activation progress in trackers
  • Maintain daily calling and activation reports
  • Highlight interested, active, and non-responsive affiliates

What Your Day Looks Like

  • regular outbound calls/day
  • Follow-ups via calls/WhatsApp
  • Updating Google Sheets/CRM after each interaction
  • Coordinating internally for any activation support

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in calling / tele-calling / customer engagement roles
  • Fluent in Marathi and Hindi, with basic English communication
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / smartphone-based tools

Good-to-have:

  • Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination
  • Exposure to D2C / affiliate / influencer ecosystem
