• Answers incoming customer calls, chats, email tickets regarding billing issues, product queries, service questions and general client concerns.

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients  

and working to establish a positive rapport with every support inquiry. 

• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call 

• Work with the management team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies 

• Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers 

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Proven track record of successfully handling customer service in startup environment 

• Basic Knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, Python and server side administration   

 • Strong understanding of various DNS records 

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects 

• Excellent knowledge of English communication. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Cool-tempered and able to handle customers 

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues, address complaints and ensure renewals 

• Web hosting support experience is an advantage.

• You can easily navigate a volatile environment where you are constantly challenged to push your boundaries to make sense of ambiguous and complex signals of uncertainty into simple winning outcomes.
