Overview:

We are looking for a Trainee Inspection Engineer to join our team. As a Inspection Engineer , you will learn to assist in inspecting various equipment and machinery at outdoor sites. This role is perfect for someone eager to build their career in equipment inspection and maintenance. While on-the-job training will be provided, we are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges in an outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in conducting inspections of equipment and machinery following company guidelines and industry standards.

2. Perform basic visual inspections and assist with functional tests to ensure equipment safety.

3. Help in preparing inspection reports and maintaining accurate records.

4. Assist in identifying defects, malfunctions, or safety hazards during inspections.

5. Work alongside experienced engineers to support repair and maintenance scheduling based on inspection findings.

6. Learn to provide technical advice and support to operational teams on equipment usage, maintenance, and safety.

7. Stay updated on relevant safety protocols and equipment inspection standards.

8. Assist in maintaining inspection tools and equipment to ensure their reliability and functionality.

9. Follow safety procedures and protocols while working outdoors and performing inspections.

10. Travel to job sites with guidance from senior engineers, supporting inspections across various locations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BE / B.Tech Mechanical

2. No prior experience required – this is an entry-level position for fresher’s.

3. Willingness to learn and develop expertise in equipment inspection techniques and safety standards.

4. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment is a plus.

5. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

6. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

7. Comfortable working outdoors and in different environmental conditions.

8. Physical fitness and the ability to perform site inspections in various conditions.

9. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
