Job Description
Service Technician – Mumbai TerritoryReporting To: Showroom Manager
Location: Mumbai (Field + Showroom Based)
Job PurposeTo handle installation, maintenance, and after-sales service of RBC Salon Furniture products across Mumbai, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service support.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall salon chairs, shampoo stations, pedicure units, etc.
- Attend service complaints within 24–48 hours
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing issues
- Replace spare parts when required
- Submit daily service reports to Showroom Manager
- Maintain tools and basic spare inventory
- RequirementsITI/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
- 1–3 years field service experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic & plumbing systems
- Valid driving license preferred
- Performance ExpectationsTimely complaint resolution
- Professional behavior
- Minimum repeat service issues
