Installation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION : SITE ENGINEER

1.    To manage the site work on a daily basis in coordination with the supervisor and team.

2.    To coordinate with the client, attend/conduct meetings related to site work with the customer, update the back office about the meeting etc and to maintain the MIS accordingly.

3.    Safety norms to be adhered to in the absence of safety engineer

4.    Keep a record of the work done and the material consumed on a daily basis.

5.    To understand the site conditions and plan and re-plan in some cases depending on the site conditions.

6.    Training to the client/customer’s team about the Fidael- Deck software and its use and application.

7.    Coordinate with the project manager on a daily basis and provide the MIS reports etc.

8.    Arrange team meeting in the morning with the site team and decide the agenda for the day and implementation of the same.

9.    Updating the changes made during the installation on the drawings and corresponding updates in the AutoCad drawings.

10. To provide the final as built drawings to the customer.

11. The site engineer shall be the single point contact for the particular site/project for the customer.

12. Visit head office/plant for weekly/monthly meetings whenever asked for.
