Sales Executive Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, references, and field visits.

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up with prospective clients.

Conduct product presentations and explain policy benefits clearly.

Support clients in completing policy documentation and application process.

Relationship Manager Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Provide regular follow-ups and policy renewal assistance.

Resolve client queries related to policies, claims, and coverage.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products to existing customers.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Provide after-sales support and guide clients during claim processes.
