Job Description

Lead Conversions: Ensure highest conversion from the assigned applications

● Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding

their needs and providing tailored solutions. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing

to potential customers.

● Customer Renewals: Achieve 90% customer renewals from existing GQ customers

● CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.

● Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the overall sales

process. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

● Cross Selling: Cross sell Term plans to the assigned applications and achieve minimum 20 Monthly


● Dial 150-200 calls daily and ensure a quick turn around time.
