🎯 Role Summary

As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role combines office-based calling with local field visits, offering both fixed salary and uncapped incentives.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Present and explain insurance products (Health, Motor, Life) to customers.

• Generate and close leads to meet monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Conduct local field visits when required to meet clients.

• Achieve incentive-based performance goals with no earning cap.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus (but not mandatory).

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 20,000 CTC + Attractive incentives.

• Incentives: Performance-based, no capping.

🕒 Work Schedule

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00/6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
