Insurance Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote insurance

products.

 Explain policy coverage, benefits, terms, and conditions in a clear, customer friendly

manner.

 Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

 Handle queries, objections, and follow up to close enrollments.

 Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM.

 Meet monthly sales targets and quality metrics.

 Stay upto date on product features and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

 About 1 year of experience in insurance sales, telecalling, or related outbound

calling roles.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident on phone.

 Ability to simplify and explain policy terms to customers.

 Basic computer skills; experience using a CRM is preferred.

 Customer oriented, goal driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

 Minimum education: 12th pass; graduation or insurance/sales certifications are a

plus.
