Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management: Initiate outbound calls to potential/existing customers, handle inbound inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into sales.

Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products/services, persuade clients, and handle objections professionally.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

Customer Service: Address customer issues, resolve complaints, and build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration: Liaise with the sales team and management, providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
