Insurance Sales Executive

For this process, we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Callers / Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with customers and sell health insurance plans by clearly explaining the benefits.

Job Role:

• Calling potential customers and explaining health insurance plans
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable plans
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Maintaining proper follow-ups and building long-term customer relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales
• Ability to handle sales pressure and targets
• Willingness to work with the company for the long term
• Experience is preferred but not mandatory (Freshers with strong sales ability can also apply)

We are looking for candidates who are confident, target-oriented, and capable of closing sales.
