Insurance Sales Executive

JOB ROLE: INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE (FIELD SALES) We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and willing to meet customers in person to offer the best insurance solutions. This is a pure field sales role, requiring client visits, relationship building, and business development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Visits & Sales Presentations: ✔ Meet potential customers at their home, office, or preferred location ✔ Understand their financial needs and suggest suitable insurance plans ✔ Conduct product demonstrations and explain policy benefits Lead Generation & Business Development: ✔ Identify and approach new customers through local networking & referrals ✔ Organize and participate in on-ground marketing activities and events ✔ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business Target Achievement & Compliance: ✔ Meet monthly sales and revenue targets ✔ Ensure proper documentation and compliance with insurance regulations ✔ Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and service requests WHO CAN APPLY? ✔ Freshers, interns, and experienced sales professionals ✔ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills ✔ Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in person ✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in sales meetings ✔ Prior experience in insurance, banking, or finance sales is a plus ✔ Two-wheeler & smartphone required for field visits (preferred but not mandatory) WHAT WE OFFER?
