Role Summary

We are hiring experienced and result-driven Health Insurance Tele calling & Relationship Management (RM) Sales Executives. The role involves generating leads, explaining health insurance products, closing sales through tele calling, and managing customer relationships to drive renewals, cross-selling, and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Tele calling Sales Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads/data

Explain health insurance products, coverage, benefits, premiums, and policy terms

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

RM (Relationship Manager) Sales Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Handle renewals, endorsements, and post-sales service coordination

Upsell and cross-sell health insurance products to existing clients

Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention

Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers

General Responsibilities

Maintain accurate customer and call records

Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company processes

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and service support

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Minimum 1 year experience in health insurance tele calling or insurance RM sales

Good command over Hindi & English (regional language is an advantage)

Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
