Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & PlanningCreate architectural and interior design concepts
• Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, and material selection

Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Supervise site work to ensure design accuracy
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Technical Work

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar software
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Client Interaction

• Understand client requirements and preferences
• Present design ideas and revisions
• Maintain client satisfaction throughout the project

Skills Required

Strong design sense and creativity

• Good knowledge of materials, lighting, and color theory
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3Ds Max
• Photoshop (preferred)
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
