Role Overview

We are seeking a Client & Project Coordinator who can act as the vital link between our clients and internal teams. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will work across departments to ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are aligned throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project cycle.
• Coordinate and track multiple ongoing projects — from order confirmation to delivery and installation.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Accounts, and Site Technicians) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to clients.
• Anticipate project risks and proactively solve problems to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
