### Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team in Kurla East. The role involves creating concept-to-completion interior solutions, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with vendors and contractors.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and detailed space plans

- Prepare elevations, furniture layouts, and material schedules using CAD and other design tools.

- Produce presentation materials (renderings, 3D visuals, samples) for client approvals.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

- Maintain clear client communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Keep project documentation.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling/rendering tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar).

- Experience with presentation software and graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Excellent space-planning, color- and material-sense, and attention to detail. -

- Ability to work on-site and attend client meetings as required.

- Proficiency in English ,hindi ,marathi
