Interior Site Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Project In-Charge to oversee turnkey interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works, the ability to independently manage day-to-day site operations, and a proven track record in handling turnkey interior contracting assignments.

Key Responsibilities: Site Management & Execution:

● Independently manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.

● Supervise and guide the construction team, technicians, and subcontractors.

● Ensure timely execution of all site work in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

● Enforce safety guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and ensure safe working conditions. Technical & Project Coordination:

● Read, understand, and interpret drawings, BOQ, and project documents.

● Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

● Plan and organize manpower, materials, and resources in advance for smooth site execution.

● Monitor MEP and service-related works with strong technical understanding. Documentation & Billing:

● Maintain accurate material receipt and site records.

● Conduct site measurements and support the billing process.

● Provide regular project updates and escalate issues when required. Desired Candidate Profile:

● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in turnkey interior contracting or interior fit-out projects.

● Proven track record of supervising and executing interior projects end-to-end.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong understanding of interior trades, materials, and MEP services.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
