Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor for an on-site role based in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction and interior design project sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and construction teams, supervising workers, maintaining inventory, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring efficient execution of project designs according to specific requirements.

Qualifications:-

Proficiency in site supervision tasks, project management, and understanding of design and construction processes

Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and teams effectively

Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines

Technical understanding of reading architectural blueprints and construction drawings

Problem-solving skills for addressing on-site challenges quickly and efficiently

Experience with procurement, material management, and inventory control

Previous experience in construction, interior design, or related industries is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is an advantage.
