Interior Site Supervisor

We are a growing premium interior design and modular kitchen company based in Mumbai, looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team.

You will be our on-ground leader — making sure every project is executed on time, with quality, and with full client satisfaction.

• ✅ Your ResponsibilitiesDaily site visits and progress monitoring
• Coordinating with carpenters, vendors & fabricators
• Ensuring work quality matches design drawings
• Sending daily photo/video updates to management
• Handling on-site client queries professionally
• Tracking material delivery and usage
• Flagging issues before they become problems
• 🎓 RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years experience in interior/modular kitchen site supervision
• Knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical & plumbing coordination
• Ability to read drawings and layouts
• Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)
• Smartphone savvy — WhatsApp, Google Photos
• Honest, punctual, and self-driven
• 🌟 Preferred (Bonus Points)Experience with modular kitchen installations
• Knowledge of brands like Hafele, Blum, Hettich
• Prior work with premium residential projects
