Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description :

• Managing Parts of construction Projects, Overseeing building work.
• Undertaking Surveys, Setting out sites.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Providing technical advice and solve problems on site.
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
• Managing Materials of site as per required by taking approval of Site Designer and Head Department of the project.
• Specify Materials and Furnishing, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure the health & Safety of the workers on the site.
• Understand the project details and other required things by coordinating with the project head & project designer.
• Provide daily updates on follow up for speedy progress.
• Update the system for the smooth execution process.
• Provide reports & checklist to project manager.
• Ensuring work is carried out as per technical designs and drawings. and ensure that they are followed correctly.
