Job Title : International Banking Voice Specialist – Customer Service (US)


Process Overview : Join the prestigious Sunshine Banking Process, handling U.S. customers.


This is a pure voice process where you will assist customers with their banking needs, ensure safety of their accounts, and deliver exceptional service.

  • Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support for account balances, interest rates, and general banking queries.
  • Manage inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Review suspicious activities and support customers in securing compromised accounts.
  • Assist in card reissuance, transaction reversal, & fraud investigation.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, compliance, and quality.

Work Timings & Process Details: Regions Supported: U.S.


Shift Window:

  • 🇺🇸 US Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • ✔ Any 9-hour rotational shift within the above window
  • Pure Voice Banking Process


Salary Structure (Based on Experience)

BPO Z: ₹3.80 LPA – ₹4.70 LPA• HSC + up to 35 months exp. OR Graduate + <24 months exp

BPO 1: Up to ₹5.20 LPA• HSC + 36+ months exp. OR Graduate + 2 years exp

BPO 2: Up to ₹6.20 LPA • Graduate + 4 years exp

BPO 3: Up to ₹7.20 LPA - 8.00Lpa • Graduate + 6 years exp


  • Eligibility Criteria:Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream)
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
  • Prior Voice Process or Banking Domain experience is an added advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred


Mandatory Documents: Offer Letter, Relieving Letter, Bank Statements, Last 3 Payslips

  • All Semester Mark Sheets (Mandatory)
  • EPFO Service History (Mandatory)
