Designation: Client Service Executive

Working Days: 5 Days

Shift : Night shift only

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 pm

Experience: Minimum 1 Year International Experience in Client Service/Customer care

Location: Malad (W) Link Road

Responsibilities 

• customer relationship management, particularly with a US client base.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.

• Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and offer proactive solutions.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives and drive results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and workflows.

• Monitor account performance and provide regular progress reports to clients
