International BPO Executive

Tech Mahindra Is hiring for International Voice Process Executive for its Canadian, Australian, Ireland etc. we are looking for candidate with excellent communication skills who can effectively handle international customer interaction and provide high quality service.

Key Responsibility

1. Handle inbound/ outbound calls from international customers.
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
3. Maintain Professional communication and satisfaction.
4. Follow company guideline and process protocols during calls.
5. Documents customer interaction and maintain records.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Good software knowledge.
3. Ability to work in Night Shifts.
4. 5 Days working with 2 rotational week-off.
5. Need Immediate Joiners.
