• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, or chat support.
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.
• Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.

• Qualifications:Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.

• Salary Structure:Fresher: ₹30,000/month
• Graduate (with experience): ₹40,000/month
