Job Title: International BPO Executive
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Job Overview:We are hiring International BPO Executives to handle global customer interactions. The role involves communicating with international clients, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
- Update customer data and maintain call records
- Meet quality and performance targets
- Follow company processes and guidelines
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in international shift
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
