Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or generated lists.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
