Company Overview We are a leading telecom customer service provider, offering world-class support to international clients. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our International Chat Process team.
- π Role: Customer Service Executive β International Chat (Telecom Process)
- π Location Malad, Mumbai
- π Shift Timing UK Shift: 12:30 PM β 3:30 AM IST
- π Work Schedule5 days working
- 2 rotational offs
- One-way cab facility provided
- π― Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via chat for telecom services in the international market.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to process guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- β Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of on-paper experience in an International BPO (customer service/chat process).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational offs and UK shift timings.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
