  • πŸ•’ Shift Timing UK Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

  • 2 rotational offs
  • One-way cab facility provided


  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via chat for telecom services in the international market.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to process guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
  • Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.


  • βœ… Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of on-paper experience in an International BPO (customer service/chat process).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational offs and UK shift timings.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
