Job Description

Handle customer emails or chats related to suspected fraud cases.

Verify customer identity and account details following security protocols.

Investigate suspicious transactions using banking tools and databases.

Meet KPIs like accuracy, quality and average handling time (AHT).


Preferred Candidate Profile :

Excellent spoken and written english communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills.

Basic understanding of fraud detection or banking processes is an advantage.

Graduate with at least 6 months of experience (banking experience is mandatory).

Should be comfortable with the rotational (uk) shift.
