Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely assistance. The role involves responding to customer calls, chats, or emails, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customers' queries through phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
Requirements:
- HSC with 6 months of experience OR Graduate freshers
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
