Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist customers via chat or email.

Solve account related problems.

Guide through app features.

Report bugs or issues.

Maintain quick response and high customer satisfaction scores.


Preferred Candidates Profile :

Should have knowledge about AML, cryptocurrency.

Should be comfortable with the rotational (uk) shift and rotational weekoff.

Should be comfortable with the in-office job.

HSC with at least 6 months of experience and graduate freshers are also welcome.
