Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for leading International BPO processes. This role involves handling customer interactions for global clients across UK, US, and AUS. Openings are available for both voice and non-voice processes. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat professionally
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to international customers
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines
  • Update customer records and document interactions accurately
  • Meet daily performance and quality targets

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

Eligibility:

  • HSC / Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome)
  • Prior customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory
