Job Title: International Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai

Profile: We are a UK based company serving the food & takeaway packaging market for 5 years. Our operations are spread across multiple countries. Our clients include top hotels, restaurants, airports, retail shops as well as FMCG companies. 

 A Sales & Business development job involves strategizing and executing , focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness, requiring skills in market research, campaign management, communication, and achieving targets through activities like creating content, nurturing leads, presenting, closing deals, and analyzing Performance to boost business growth.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: 

Develop & implement marketing/sales plans, analyse market trends, set goals, and manage budget.

  • Sales Activities: 

Identify leads, conduct demos, present products, negotiate, close deals, and upsell/cross-sell. 

  • Customer Relations: 

Build and maintain client relationships, address issues, and ensure satisfaction. 

  • Analysis & Reporting: 

Track campaign effectiveness, monitor competitors, and report on sales performance. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in Marketing, Business we are looking out for.
  • Experience: 3 years proven track record in sales and marketing.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. 
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (like Sales force), social media.

Remuneration:

Compensation will be aligned with current industry standards and will include a suitable

increment over the candidate’s previous salary, based on experience and qualification.
